In 1961 werd het familiebedrijf Fragametal opgericht door Gabriël Eeckman. Gietwerk en de afwerking van gietstukken waren sinds het begin de belangrijkste activiteiten.

In 1996 namen de twee zonen, Bruno en Peter, het roer over van hun vader en ondertussen produceert Fragametal doodskistenbeslag, religieuze artikels, gereedschappen, displays, decoratieartikels zowel voor de Belgische als voor de buitenlandse markt.

 

L’entreprise familiale Fragametal était fondée en 1961 par Gabriël Eeckman. La fonte et la finition des articles fondus sont dès le début nos activités les plus important.

Les deux fils, Bruno et Peter,  continuent depuis 1996 le travail de leur père; entre temps Fragametal produit des articles funéraires, des articles religieux, des matrices, des présentoirs, des articles décoratives pour la marché belge ainsi que pour le marché étranger.

 

In 1961 Gabriël Eeckman founded the family foundry Fragametal. Casting and the finishing of the cast and moulded articles were since the start the most important activities.

In 1996 the two sons, Bruno and Peter, became in charge of the company; meanwhile, Fragametal produces funeral articles, religious articles, displays, decoration articles for the Belgian and European market.
